I beg to move, in page 34, line 40, at the end, to insert: or of their decision to address their notice to him and not to the occupier or, as the case may be, the owner of the building. This Amendment relates to proceedings by a local authority against an owner or occupier or against another party, and is little more than a drafting Amendment.
