HC Deb 20 July 1936 vol 315 c29
48. Mr. W. H. GREEN

asked the Prime Minister whether he will arrange for the Public Health (London) Bill, which has come down from another place and is pure consolidation of the law, to be taken up as a Government Measure and passed before the Adjournment?

The PRIME MINISTER

The Bill referred to by the hon. Member is to consolidate the law, and I do not anticipate that there will be any difficulty in passing it into law before the Recess.
