HC Deb 15 July 1936 vol 314 cc2046-7
66. Mr. JAMES HALL

asked the Attorney-General whether he is aware that complaints have been made by the uniformed staff employed at His Majesty's Land Registry at Lincoln's Inn Fields as to the inadequacy of the mess-room facilities provided; and whether it is proposed to improve these facilities?

The ATTORNEY - GENERAL (Sir Donald Somervell)

I am aware that complaints have been made. The Chief Land Registrar is in negotiation with His Majesty's Office of Works, who are responsible for the facilities referred to in the hon. Member's question, with a view to improving them.
