Amendment made: In page 4, line 34, at the end, insert: [(4) The Postmaster-General shall pay compensation for any damage to property caused by him in the execution of the powers conferred by this section, and the amount of any such compensation shall, in default of agreement, be determined by arbitration in the manner prescribed by the Acquisition of Land (Assessment of Compensation) Act, 1919.]"—[Sir W.
