§ Mr. BERNAYSIs the House to understand that the South African Government, which was opposed to the raising of sanctions, have, all the time, had this subsidy for Italian lines?
Marquess of HARTINGTONThat is a question for the South African Government to reply to. As far as I understand, South Africa has complied fully, in the letter and the spirit, with the sanctions agreement.
