HC Deb 06 July 1936 vol 314 cc853-4
57. Mr. DAY

asked the Minister of Transport whether he has now received the report of the London and Home Counties Traffic Advisory Committee on Charing Cross Bridge; if so, whether he will make arrangements to publish same at the earliest possible moment; and whether he will make a statement?

The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the MINISTRY of TRANSPORT (Captain Austin Hudson)

My right hon. Friend is unable to make any statement as to the report, which he has just received and not yet examined.

Mr. DAY

Can the Parliamentary Secretary give some information as to when this report will be published, as it is most important for the people who have property in the neighbourhood?

Captain HUDSON

My right hon. Friend received the report only last week, and has not yet had time to examine it.
