§ Mr. E. BROWNWhen the authentic texts of the various draft conventions adopted at the recent Session of the International Labour Conference are available they will be presented in the form of a Command Paper. The attitude of His Majesty's Government towards each draft convention will subsequently be determined and set forth in a White Paper. The delegates representing His Majesty's Government at the recent Session of the Conference voted in favour of the adoption of the draft convention to which the hon. Member refers.
