§ Mr. ELLIOTThe Report of the Committee of Investigation referred to has not yet been received. It has been the practice to publish findings but not reports of the Committee of Investigation, and I am not in a position to say at this stage to what extent, if any, this practice will be varied in this instance.
§ Mr. MORRISONIn view of the importance of this matter, would the right hon. Gentleman give his consideration to the whole question?
