The tribes concerned in the attack on the troops on 25th-27th November have been informed that Government forces wilt march into the Khaisora valley, remaining there as long as is considered necessary. A road or roads will be constructed from Mirali into and within the Khaisora valley and fines in rifles and other penalties will be exacted from the guilty sections.
