§ Mr. LLOYDMy right hon. Friend is informed by the Racecourse Betting Control Board that they anticipate that a sum of about £120,000 will be available for distribution next year for purposes conducive to the improvement of breeds of horses or the sport of horse racing, or the advancement and encouragement of veterinary science and education.
