Friend's predecessor in September, 1928, of a circular letter referring to the powers for constituting joint committees for the prevention of river pollution, one joint committee representing five county councils and one county borough council has been established for the River Dee.
§ 65. Mr. SHORTasked the Minister of Health how many reports have been issued by the Joint Advisory Committee on Rivers Pollution; and whether a further report is likely to be issued shortly?
