HC Deb 02 April 1936 vol 310 c2117
40. Mr. GARDNER

asked the Home Secretary what progress is being made by the committee under the chairmanship of Lord Riverdale which is considering the co-ordination of fire brigades as a means of minimising the possible results of attacks from the air?

Mr. LLOYD

I understand that the Committee has concluded the hearing of oral evidence, and is now considering a draft of its report.
