§ The PRESIDENT of the BOARD of TRADE (Mr. Runciman)I had some discussion in the summer with the High Commissioner for Canada regarding a reduction which had then occurred in the price of Russian timber. No subsequent representations have reached me, but the High Commissioner has informed me that further representations will be made very shortly.
