I beg to move, in page 113, line 18, after "upon," to insert "and from."
This Amendment is designed for the purpose of assimilating the phraseology to that of an identical Clause in the India Railways Act, lest it create that 982 old trap that a different intention is indicated by a different use of language. Amendment agreed to.
