I beg to move, in page line 30, at the end, to insert: If any dispute arises under this Sub section between the Federal Government and the Authority as to whether a question is or is not a question of policy, the decision of the Governor-General in his discretion shall be final.? It was the general wish of the Committee to make the wording with regard to questions of policy more explicit, and that is done in this Amendment.
