CUNLIFFE-LISTERThe Report was exhaustively discussed by the East African Governors' Conference in May last year, with results which I communicated to the House in reply to a question on the 11th December. I am sending my hon. and gallant Friend a copy of that reply, and of my despatch to the Governors which summarised the decisions taken on all the Commission's recommendations affecting more than one territory.
