Mr. STANLEYI would refer the hon. Member to the reply which I gave on the 25th February to a question by the hon. Member for the Scotland Division of Liverpool (Mr. Logan). I explained in that reply that for certain reasons it is not practicable to estimate the figure for which the hon. Member asks.
