HOAREI hope shortly to be in a position to instruct His Majesty's Minister at Riga to address a communication on this subject to the Lithuanian Government in concert with his French and Italian colleagues. In the circumstances, my hon. and gallant Friend will appreciate that I cannot go into further detail at present.
