§ Dr. BURGINI think all these three winding-up orders are public orders, and there will be information in the public Press with regard to each of the three companies in due course. I do not think there is as yet any report which I can communicate to the hon. Member, but I will bear his suggestion in mind.
§ Mr. MACLEANDo the particulars obtained from the inquiries into these three companies justify the Department in bringing about an alteration in the law?
§ Dr. BURGINThere is no question at all about that. The results of the inquiries into these three companies do show that some alteration in the law could profitably be made.
