§ The LORD PRIVY SEAL (Mr. Eden)His Majesty's Government have several times proposed that the effective supervision of civil aviation to prevent its misuse for military purposes should be studied by the Permanent Disarmament Commission. The suggestions put forward by His Majesty's Government in regard to the supervision or control of civil aviation will be found in Cmd. 4189 of November, 1932, Cmd. 4279 of March, 1933, and Cmd. 4498 of January, 1934.
