HC Deb 25 July 1935 vol 304 cc2014-5
64. Mr. MANDER

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will give an assurance that the conclusion of the Anglo-German Naval Treaty in no way indicates a departure from the policy expressed in the joint communiqué issued in Moscow on 31st March last on the occasion of the visit of the Minister for League of Nations Affairs, and that the friendly co-operation between Great Britain and Russia in the general work for the collective organisation of peace and security is of primary importance for the furtherance of international efforts to this end?

Mr. EDEN

Yes, Sir.
