I cannot, therefore, say more with regard to these than that M. Titulesco took this opportunity to explain his views on certain aspects of the European situation.
§ Mr. COCKSCould the right hon. Gentleman say whether M. Titulesco informed the British Government that the Balkan Powers are greatly disturbed by the increased prestige given to the Nazi Government in Germany by the recent conclusion of the Anglo-German Naval Agreement?
