HC Deb 09 July 1935 vol 304 cc161-2

May I ask the Prime Minister the business for Friday?

The business for Friday will be the Second Reading of the British Sugar (Subsidy) Bill, which I hope will be disposed of by about 1.30; afterwards, consideration of the Report of the Select Committee on Witnesses; and, if there is time, progress will be made with other small Orders on the Paper.

Ordered, That this day, notwithstanding anything in Standing Order No. 14, Business other than the Business of Supply may be taken before Eleven of the clock."—[The Prime Minister.]
