§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAUnder the five-year programme, the county council of Dunbarton have submitted a scheme for improving the Glasgow-Stirling road in the county, but the proposals are not yet sufficiently advanced for me to be able to make any statement on the subject of grant. I understand that similar proposals dealing with the sections of the road in the counties of Lanark and Stirling may be submitted, but they have not yet reached me.
