asked the Secretary of State for War whether he will consider the desirability of taking some steps to draw the attention of employers to the need for adopting a more sympathetic attitude to those of their employees who wish to attend Territorial camps, and to point out to them that the Territorial Army is at present short of recruits on account of men being unable to join because of their absence on service?
