§ Captain CROOKSHANKAs the hon. Member is aware, previous discussions between the Governments concerned have been called by the International Labour Office. I have no doubt that the Organisation will consider what further action in this direction can usefully be taken.
§ Mr. SHINWELLHave the Government taken steps to bring pressure to bear on other Governments to ratify this Convention?
§ Captain CROOKSHANKI have said that this is really a matter at present for the International Labour Organisation, which instituted these discussions. The position of the Government is well known.
