HC Deb 17 April 1935 vol 300 cc1833-4
26. Captain CAZALET

asked the Minister of Transport whether his attention has been called to the erection of a major road ahead sign in Lacock village, Wilts, and to the protests both of the local inhabitants and the Council for the Preservation of Rural England us to its position; and whether, in view of the fact that it is not required by motorists and constitutes a danger to pedestrians after dark, he will reconsider his decision as to its necessity?

Captain HUDSON

My hon. Friend has asked for a report on this matter and will communicate further with my hon. and gallant Friend.
