§ Sir J. GILMOURThe findings as to the cause of this accident were indicated in my reply to the hon. Member's question on the 21st June last. I am informed that the technical committee which was set up to study possible methods of preventing similar accidents have nearly completed their inquiry and that their report may be expected at an early date.
