SIMONAlthough I have not yet received its text, I understand from reports in the Press that the Ethiopian Government have, within the last few days, addressed a further communication 807 to the League of Nations requesting that their differences with Italy be considered at the special session of the Council to be held this month, and that this request is receiving consideration.
