§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAOne of my inspecting officers was recently appointed to investigate the arrangements existing at the Jacob's Gutter Lane and other ungated level crossings on this light railway. As a result he made certain recommendations for improving conditions, concerning which I am in communication with the railway company.
