§ Captain STRICKLANDWill the hon. Gentleman also give attention to the number of red lights exhibited in the streets which are not danger signals?
§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAI do not think that comes within the purview of street lighting, but I shall be very glad to discuss the question with my hon. and gallant Friend.
