§ The PRIME MINISTERI do not think that this is a matter which can he suitably dealt with by means of Parliamentary Question and Answer. But, as the hon. Member is aware, His Majesty's Government always attach the highest value to close friendship and collaboration between this country and the United States.
§ Mr. MANDERHas the Prime. Minister considered the speech made by General Smuts on this subject on 12th November and will he be good enough to bear it in mind?
