§ Mr. BALDWINThe full position regarding the ratifications of the Arms Traffic Convention of 1925 is set forth on page 44 of the League of Nations Document No. A6 (a) 1933 V Annex. The only addition since the publication of this document is the accession of Iraq on the 8th April, 1934.
