Friend the President of the Board of Trade informed the House yesterday, I have asked the Import Duties Advisory Committee to resume its work on the revision of the silk and artificial silk duties with a view to the submission to the Government, at as early a date as may be possible, of such recommendations as the Committee may see fit to make.
