(4) Any order made under the provisions of the said Section one or of this Section may be varied or revoked by any subsequent order made in like manner but, before any order is made under the said provisions, a draft thereof shall be laid before Parliament, and no such order made after the commencement of this Part of this Act shall have effect unless each House has resolved that the draft thereof be approved."—[Sir H.
