Mr. LEONARDasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he is aware that a substantial part of the furnishings of the "Lusitania" and "Aquitania" were satisfactorily performed by Scottish furniture firms; if he will draw the attention of the Cunard Company to the public advantage to be gained by the spread of contracts for No. 534 over as large an 138 area as possible; and, in view of the large percentage of unemployment amongst Scottish furniture workers, will he direct the company's attention to the ability of Scottish furniture firms to meet their requirements?
