Yes, Sir. I am glad to be able to inform the hon. and gallant Member that it has been decided to reduce the minimum rate of interest on new advances from the Local

Loans Fund from 3⅝ per cent. to 3½ per cent. An announcement of the change will appear in to-day's "London Gazette."
