§ The MINISTER OF TRANSPORT (Mr. Oliver Stanley)I beg to move, in page 6, line 31, to leave out from "for" to the end of the Sub-section, and to insert:
dispensing, in the case of persons not resident in Great Britain, with the requirements of sub-section (1) of this section.This is a drafting Amendment which merely alters the form of an Amendment which I accepted in Committee.
