Sir H. YOUNGThe information which the hon. Member desires would have to be specially collected from all counties and, as at present advised, I do not think the cost of doing so would be justified. In reply to the last part of the question, I may point out that the power given by the section quoted is to defray expenses necessarily incurred in travelling to and from meetings, and not to pay according to a fixed scale
