§ Lieut.-Colonel HEADLAMI am informed that the information for which my hon. Friends asks with regard to prosecutions is not available. The lights are inspected periodically, and in the event of a breakdown being observed, the police would immediately notify the responsible authority and arrange for the direction of traffic meanwhile.
