asked the Postmaster-General whether he will arrange a second postal delivery on a Saturday in those places where letters posted on Friday night in London do not reach their destination until Monday morning?

With few exception, letters posted in time for the night mails from London on Friday night are delivered on Saturday morning throughout England and Wales. If my hon. Friend will give me particulars of any instances which she has in mind, I shall be happy to make inquiry.
