§ Mr. EDENSummaries of the main features of the discussions of the air problem in the Disarmament Conference, and in some cases the minutes of the discussions themselves, have already been published by the League of Nations. I feel, therefore, that no useful purpose would be served by re-publishing these documents at the public expense.

§ 24. Mr. WHITEasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if His Majesty's Government have submitted any proposals to the Air Commission of the Disarmament Conference since 11th June last; and, if so, if he can state the nature of these proposals?
