Resolution reported, That there shall be paid into the Exchequer—

  1. (a) all fees received under any Act of the present Session to enable effect to be given to a Convention for the Regulation of Whaling and to make provision for other matters by the licensing authority under that Act or by the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries, the Fishery Board for Scotland or any other person acting under the authority of the Board of Trade; and
  2. (b) all fines recovered by virtue of the said Act."
