Resolution reported, That, under any Act of the present Session to enable effect to be given to a Convention for a Regulation of Whaling and to make provision for other matters, such fees as may be prescribed by the licensing authority under the said Act shall be charged in respect of the grant of licences authorising the use of ships and factories for taking and treating whales, being fees which do not exceed—

  1. (a) two hundred pounds in the case of licences authorising the use of ships or factories for treating whales; or
  2. (b) one hundred pounds in the case of licences authorising the use of ships for taking whales"
