§ 23. Mr. BURNETTasked the First Commissioner of Works whether he is yet able to announce his decision respecting St. John's Lodge, Regent's Park, in view of the fact that this matter has awaited the decision of his Department for seven years and the fabric of the building detracts from the amenities of the park?
§ Mr. ORMSBY-GOREAs my hon. Friend was informed, in reply to his question of the 10th July, there are several schemes under consideration for using St. John's Lodge, and I am not yet in a position to make any further statement on the subject.
§ Mr. BURNETTDoes not the right hon. Gentleman consider that in its present condition it looks rather like a derelict lodging-house, and cannot he arrange for some paint to be put on the outside of it?
§ Mr. ORMSBY-GOREI have already answered that question in the negative.
§ 24. Lieut.-Colonel MOOREasked the First Commissioner of Works whether he has under consideration any alterations to Clarence Gate, Regent's Park; and, if so, will he indicate their scope?

§ 22. Mr. MACQUISTENasked the First Commissioner of Works whether his attention has been called to the absence of adequate washing and lavatory conveniences in the botanical gardens of Regent's Park or elsewhere in the vicinity and if he will take steps to have these provided forthwith?
