§ Mr. LYONSIn view of the injurious effect that the delay has had upon the industry and employment concerned, may I ask whether a conclusion will be made of these negotiations in the very near future?
§ Mr. CHAMBERLAINI cannot say when the conclusion will take place, but I can assure the hon. and learned Gentleman that no time will be lost.
