§ Dr. BURGINA revised scheme of drawback of duties on linseed and linseed oil was put into force on 21st November on the recommendation of the Import Duties Advisory Committee. I have no doubt that, should the committee be satisfied that a further change is required in any matter within their scope, they will make a recommendation to that effect.
