§ Dr. BURGINThe inquiry into the affairs of this company cannot be completed and a report thereon made to the court by the Official Receiver until the legal proceedings which have been instituted by the liquidator against third parties have been concluded. I am informed that these proceedings are now about to be set down for hearing.
