§ Lieut.-Colonel COLVILLEThe Spanish Government were consulted before the departure of the Delegation, and expressed general approval of the objects of the investigation; the Delegation is working in the closest possible co-operation with the Commercial Counsellor and His Majesty's Consular Officers in Spain.
