Captain ARTHUR EVANS (by Private Notice)asked the President of the Board of Trade if the advances referred to under Clauses 9 and 10 on page 4 of the Memorandum on the Financial Resolution presented to Parliament by the President of the Board of Trade are to be made to the full extent of the difference between the amount realised on the tonnage so scrapped and the cost of the new tonnage?
